Keep in mind that the statement or bullet point list will be used to keep all employees on track—from the CEO to the sales team to the receptionist. My assumption is that your business exists to assist other (small?) businesses (in your area? or in your region? or nationally, etc.) thrive and grow through (improved communications? SEO for their websites? whatever) and by doing this you will realize a profit for yourselves. So, basically, ask yourself: What service(s) do we provide to our client/customers and what adjectives and adverbs describe how we will go about providing that service (or those services).</description>
