Pat Madison and Rusty Poss had impressive resumes and copious experience in all aspects of development, construction and historic preservation even before they partnered to form Madison-Poss & Associates, an impressive firm that specializes in multi-family residential and commercial construction throughout the SE. HHB developed MP & A's logo, collateral material, and website. Pat and Rusty's offices are located over a popular coffee shop in an historic building they renovated in 2000. For generations, Maconites have gathered at this site to mingle, chat, and sip; in the 1950s, it housed a corner drug store/soda shoppe. HHB designed their website, their logo and their collateral.
